Ravenswood Project
This was an exciting project we completed for a client in Ravenswood. We completely reorganized the entire home as well as made some redesign changes in the dining room and living room adding decorative touches throughout the house with items the homeowner already possessed. Included are a few before and after photos of the kitchen, very large hall closet, and dining room. The decluttering process allowed the homeowner to evaluate her extensive possessions and pair back to the useful items that fit into the smaller living space.
River North Project
This downtown reorganizing project was for a new-to-the-city young professional who is getting used to living in a smaller space. This client's needs included a way of reorganizing possessions to make good use of an abundance of closet space but limited living space. It was very important to this client that we keep design and function as top priorities and make systems simple enough to be used long after our services were complete.
This project included decluttering and reorganizing a medium studio apartment with three large walk in closets. The before and after photos document two of the closets and part of the bathroom. We completely reorganized all of the rooms and also made some suggestions on new colors and decorative items.
University Village Project
This city family condo project was a fun one, it encompassed the organizing and redesign of a children's room. This bedroom was a challenging space to organize and redesign because it is shared by two of the clients children with significant age differences. The room elements included an open loft design with exposed ductwork making movement of the elevated bed system nearly impossible.
The decluttering process and room redesign was imperative to the organizing the children's possession. It took great trust on the part of the client to allow realignment of furnishings which ultimately allowed for more space and better function of the room and storage of possessions.
